- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. They will provide you with instructions and a return label if applicable.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
- Exchanges: Exchanges will be processed as a new orders and will be subject to availability.
- Shipping: The cost of shipping for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Final sale items: Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Custom orders: Custom orders are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Gift returns: If you received an item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item.

- Restocking fee: A restocking fee may be applied to returns or exchanges that are not due to a defect or error on our part.
We will deduct the shipping cost from your order in case of return.
